Yuji had woken up early in order to get to his job, but ended up being stopped by a group of about four Hollows. Because of this interruption, he was headed in the opposite direction of his job, while being chased by the creatures. "Just my luck! Do they think I'm a threat or something after I ate the Menos?" he thought in his head as he ran across the street; looking like a mad man to the normal people. "Don't you know it's rude to prevent people from going to work!?" he called out to the Hollows, who simply tried to attack him. "Such unrefined beasts! You're causing me to get my beautiful clothing all sweaty!" he yelled out, as he turned into a back alley.
"I don't even have enough time to release Schatten under all this pressure..." he began, as he exited the alleyway and turned in the direction of his workplace. "...Someone please help me! Stop these lowly miscreants so I can get to work on time!" he shouted out as he ran.

Tsuko was lazing around in his hammock just like any other normal day in the soul society. He didn't have any work to do today and was glad of it. He got up from his hammock and started to go inside when he suddenly noticed a hell butterfly flying in what looked liked his direction. He tried to ignore it and continue going inside but it was too late. The butterfly flew over next to him and gave him orders about having to go to the world of the living and get rid of 4 hollows, to which he pre-maturely thought how easy it would be to get rid of 4 puny hollows, and then continued with also telling him that he had to investigate the target of the four hollows in order to find out more information about it.
He hesitated for a second then agreed as he knew there would be no way out of the order. So he got his stuff together and headed for the world of the living. Once there he immediantly was able to lock onto the location of the hollows in question and he used Soshin to travel to the area. Once he saw the hollows he quickly unsheathed Kurayami Tenshi and slashed two of them through the middle instantly killing them. (One was slashed from the head-down wheras the other was slashed from the bottom-up to the head.) This caught the attention of the other two, to which they reacted by turning on Tsuko and came at him trying to land a hit. Tsuko countered this by Shunpoing behind them and slashing daigonally across both of them starting with the hollow on the left and slashing from the top down to the hollow on the right.
With the hollows dealt with he sheathed his Zanpakutou, ckecked to see if Keppaku was okay, and turned towards a very sophisticated looking human; noticing that this particular person wasn't merely a normal human on account of the abnormally high spiritual pressure being given off by him. He then asked "First off, are you okay? Secondly, why were those hollows attacking you.....? He then realised that he had gotten carried away and was being completely rude to the fact that he hadn't even introduced himself yet. He then attemted to redeem himself by saying "Ah please forgive my rudeness, I'm Tsukonin Shimasu, Captain of Squad 7 of the 13 Court Guard Squads, but if you would like you may call me Tsuko; and you are? He then stopped so as to give the stranger a chance to answer the questions and hoped that he wasn't completely put off by Tsuko's initial introduction.

Yuji turned around and stopped as he watched the Shinigami take care of the Hollows. He took a handkerchief out from his front pocket to wipe the sweat off of his face, watching as the stranger fought. "My my, jumping straight to the questions are we?" Yuji said with a smile as he was asked if he was alright. "It's a pleasure to meet you Captain Tsuko. My name is Minagawa Yuji, and, as you can see, I'm fairly alright. Nothing a nice shower or bath can't fix." he said with a smile, bowing as he introduced himself.
"As to why they were attacking me, I'm not sure. Perhaps because of that Menos I ate last night? They're not very smart, Hollows. But it looks like they can think on some level when it comes to revenge." he said with a small laugh, as he looked at the Shinigami.

He heard him say that his name was Minagawa Yuji and that he was okay despite needing a shower to freshen up. He gave a sigh of relief at hearing this, as he was glad that he hadn't offended him, and that he was okay after being attacked by hollows. Tsuko heard him mention that he had eaten a menos the previous night and immediantly thought back to something he had read while lazing around one day. He had read about these things called bounts that had the ability to eat the souls of other creatures in order to maintain prolonged life. He also read about the use of things called "dolls" as a form of combat.
He didn't want to admit it but he then thought to himself that Yuji could be a threat down the road. He then dismissed the idea as non-existent due to what he had witnessed when he first arrived at the scene. He then responded to Yuji as follows "Ah, a menos eh? In that case I think that means that you are a Bount. I know a little about your kind, and I was initially sent here to gather info about a mystery target as well as get rid of the hollows. I would have taken you into custody and questioned you but I don't think there is any need for that due to the fact that I already know a little information on Bounts. That being the case, carry on and try to stay outta trouble, okay?" He turned to walk away and then decided against it as he had one more thing to ask before parting with him. "By the way what exactly is your doll? If I may ask, of course."

"Ah, so this 13 Court Guard Squad already knows about Bounts?" Yuji said, listening to what the Shinigami was saying. "It's odd though. I've never met one of your kind until last night, and now you're all popping up everywhere I go." he said with a small laugh, thinking back to the other night.
"My doll? I'm sorry, but I can't do that. We've only just met after all." he said with a smile. "You don't show one all you powers when you've just met, you know." he said, with a small laugh. He then lifted his cane and held it across over both of his hands. "However, if you must know something, his name Schatten." he said with a smile before gripping the cane with one hand and touching it to the ground.

Tsuko gives a small laugh at hearing the comment about Shinigami appearing everywhere lately. "That's good to hear, eh? that just means we are doing our jobs." Tsuko would have asked about the happenings that went on the night previous, but decided not to as he already knew most of the details about what went on.
At hearing Yuji say no to his request he responded as follows."Oh, I was afraid of this happening. The thing is, I can't leave here without knowing your ability. As part of my orders I must insist you tell me. We need to add it to the Soul Society's records." He also heard Yuji say something about his doll's name being Schatten, which he knew translated to Shadow from German. "From what the name is I already know it has something to do with the shadows so if you will please tell me more details I would greatly appreciate it." He started to mentally prepare himself for a negative outcome in case he refused the request, thinking to himself that he really didn't want to have to fight with him.

"Goodness. It seems the 13 Court Guard Squad prefers to use force, and stay away from proper manners. I'm sorry, but I have the right to keep private what I like. If you can't be polite or understanding enough to accept that, then I suppose you'll have to force it out of me." Yuji, moving his cane directly in front of him as he put his other hand over top of it. He didn't mind the Shinigami destroying the town and protecting them from Hollows. He actually preferred that, figuring they would be running rampant without Shinigami there. However, he also figured they had more politeness than to try to force information out of someone.

Tsuko cringed as he heard Yuji's reply and knew that this situation was not going to turn out well. He quickly replied "No, please you don't understand this is the last thing I want to do today. if you will give me something, anything to go by I will gladly leave without any further problems. I don't mean to be rude but it is an order that I must carry out." Tsuko wore an expression of extreme sadness at the thought of having to kill an innocent bystander just for the sake of a petty record. He thought of any other way that he could try to persuade Yuji without leading to violence, but at last could think of no other way.
He saw Yuji position his cane in front of him and figured that was where the seal, and doll was located; and that this was the stance he took before going into combat. Tsuko raised both of his hands out in front of his body as a means to say that he had no intention of fighting. He cautiously awaited Yuji's response to yet another attempt at requesting more details about his doll, hoping for both of their sakes' that he would give him the answers he so desperately needed.

Yuji sighed at the Shinigami's words. "Order, huh? I suppose an order is an order, yes?" he began, a still look on his face. "But that order is compromising my freedom. I simply can't just tell you about my doll. The people you follow, they may protect us Humans, but we have our own rights. My secrets are my own. If you must learn about them, then, as much as I'd hate to, you'll have to fight me." he said with a sigh.

Tsuko yet again cringed at the sound of Yuji's reply, and readied himself for battle. He then realised that there was in fact a way out but the plan he was thinking of needed to go perfectly for it to be succesful. He figured that he could just see Yuji's doll in action for a bit and then Soshin away back to the Soul Society without having to cause any harm to Yuji or kill him for that matter. It was the perfect plan with the least amount of bloodshed.
He slipped his arms into his Haori and drew his Zanpakutou half-heartedly in an attempt to make Yuji think he was beginning to get ready to fight with him. He then got in his battle stance and braced himself for the first action that Yuji would carry out. As he felt Keppaku crawl underneath his Haori, he thought about how he hoped his plan would work.

Sairou exited from a Senkaimon not far off from where the battle was about to take place. "So... as you know, we've got some trouble brewing. Apparently, Captain Shimasu is reluctant to get information by force. I suppose it's a good thing the Gotei 13 has so many honorable people, but that always leaves us with the dirty work." he said to his lieutenant with a sigh, as he heard some commotion from the ground.
"Zeige Dich, Schatten." the target called out as his cane 'melted' into a black puddle that fused with his shadow.
"Ah. There's the target." the captain said with a smile as he used Shunpo to get between the two. He had his sword drawn in case the Bount decided to attack him, and a more serious look on his face than normal. "Sorry Captain Shimasu, but we're gonna have to take care of the dirty work. You can stay and watch, or you can head back to Soul Society, it's your choice, just stand back." he said, keeping an eye on the target the entire time.
"You know, I'm glad you didn't have to break your code of honor. Aren't you happy I don't have a code like that?" he said with a joking laugh, before addressing his lieutenant. "What are you going to do? You can stay and watch, or get the blood of an innocent on your blade for the Soul Society." he said with a smile, figuring his lieutenant would have to go through a similar thing sometime in the future. "You'll probably have to do something similar in the future, so it's either now or later." he said, still eying the target.

Exiting the Senkaimon along with her captain, Hitomi finds herself back in Karakura Town. As he explains the mission, Hitomi takes mental notes of what's going to happen. She realizes that she's probably going to get blood on her hands sooner or later.
Hehe, I guess we do always get the dirty work. But it's okay, as long as you've got my back...
Hitomi hears a familiar voice, that sounds like he was summoning some kind of weapon. Realizing this is probably the target, Hitomi shunpos alongside her captain inbetween Captain Shimasu and Sir Yuji. She draws her blade and keeps it pointed at Yuji, while the captain says a few words to Captain Shimasu. When he asks her if she's going to join in this fight, Hitomi responds with a quick nod, and prepares herself for the worst.
I didn't think I'd end up fighting you Sir Yuji...

He saw Yuji release his doll and took on a defensive stance. Just when he thought Yuji was about to strike, out of nowhere Katagami Sairou and Hitomi Akiyama appeared in between them. He knew that this meant Yuji's certain demise, as Tsuko was now no longer in charge.
He chose to leave as he thought that if he stayed it would be even harder to accept Yuji's fate. He then heard Katagami jokingly say something about his honor code to which he replied "how can you be joking in a time of conflict, have you no morals Captain?" He requested that Katagami didn't cause him any unnecessary pain whilst killing him and with that sheathed his weapon, slipped his arms out of his Haori, and used Soshin to go back to the Soul Society; all the while wearing a mixed look of disgust and despair upon his face. Once he arrived at the Soul Society he tried to shrug off what he knew was taking place at this very moment in the world of the living. He knew that it would take him a while but eventually the guilt would leave. He walked into his barracks and began readying himself for a shower. It was going to be a long week after all.

Yuji sighed as he noticed the other Shinigami arrive, noting that one of them was from the other night. "It seems fate isn't on my side today, eh, Schatten? However, it is a pleasure to meet you again, Akiyama-san. It seems like your kind have deemed me dangerous? Or is my death warranted because of my lack of cooperation?" he asked, looking to the lieutenant, and not bothering to mention Sairou at all. He figured the new Shinigami was much like how Tsuko had described him, without morals, so he didn't even bother.
"I would much rather leave here uninjured, but I doubt your companion would allow that. I can see in his eyes he has no doubts to kill me. But don't think that means I'll make it easy for you." he said, as the shadow behind him began to grow larger. Green lines began forming in the shadows as they rose up, and about six snake-like heads emerged from the shadows.

"Sorry Captain Shimasu, but just consider it a coping mechanism. The murder of an innocent man is going to once again fall to our squad. I need to get over it somehow." Sairou said, with a small smile as Tsukonin left.
"I really am sorry I have to do this, but with so many of our captains having honorable morals, it always ends up falling on us to do this kind of thing." he said, with a serious face. As the Bount showed his powers, Sairou jumped back. Not due to fright, but to give his lieutenant some more room to fight. "Well, time to test out your bankai if it comes to it, right?" He said with a small smirk. "Just let me know if you need a break and I'll jump in. I may not have many morals, but I've at least got enough to give you a one-on-one match." he said, as he sheathed his zanpakutou and watched the battle carefully.
