Bad Days (Finished)

[Akiyamasan]

Hitomi is a little bit disheartened from having to slay a man who simply wishes to exist. Under her breath, she mutters a small apology while raising her sword above her head.

I'm sorry Yuji... I wish we could've met under different circumstances....This is it... BANKAI! Hyakushiki-Masamune!

Immaculate light surrounds Hitomi, she lowers her sword so that the point is facing the ground, and outstretches her left arm as a single white wing sprouts from her shoulder. The wind in the area begins to pick up, gaining in strength while small tornadoes form around Hitomi's feet. She begins to float, and the blade on her sword suddenly disappears, after a moment, a green blade made of pure energy spawns from the handle. The light begins to fade, and Hitomi looks down toward Yuji and his shadows. Any onlooker would say that Hitomi would resemble an angel.

This is my power...

A gust of wind begins to form underneath Yuji, this wind quickly gains in power and strength, before finally becoming a full-fledged tornado. This tornado is made of slicing wind, that is probably cutting Yuji to pieces if he's still inside the wind-tunnel. Not stopping there, Hitomi raises her blade, and slices horizontally, releasing a powerful shock-wave directly at Yuji's position. Directly after releasing this shockwave, Hitomi releases another, and then floats a little higher in the air.


I am... a Shinigami... I control the flow of souls in the universe... serving as a Goddess of Death... It is my duty to defeat you for your role in upsetting the balance. Rest in peace, Minagawa Yuji..

[Hanamizu Kyuuya]

Yuji's eyes widened as the tornado engulfed him. "Schatten!" he called out to his doll, who responded quickly. Five of the six heads shot out to cover the bount and protect him from the onslaught of attacks, however, the second shock wave blew off the remaining head, causing Yuji's protection to disappear, and his doll to return to it's sealed form, in pieces. As Yuji fell to the ground, he had multiple cuts on him from before Schatten was able to protect him.

"Heh. Looks like you made it out before me. I'll be there soon to though, so don't worry." he said as he picked up a small piece of the cane sword's blade. "Sorry I couldn't die so fast, Hitomi-san." he said with a smile as he looked to the blade in his hand. "I don't know what you'll do with my body after this, but at least give it a respectful burial. Oh, and I'm gonna need a nice set of clothing for the funeral." he said, with a small laugh before plunging the blade into his heart to finish himself off. He fell to the ground as the blood trickled from his stopped heart, before he began to disintegrate into reishi.

[Katagami Sairou]

"Oh my. That's one powerful Bankai." Sairou said as he watched the fight. As the Bount fell to the ground, Sairou walked to him. "You know, I didn't take you for the suicide type." he said to himself as the man's blood spilled over the ground. "Not to worry though. We'll give you a good burial." he said with a smile as the Bount's body faded away. He then sighed, knowing there was no way to fulfill the Bount's wishes as he walked over to Hitomi.

"Sucks, doesn't it?" he said, a slightly sad look on his face as he put his hand on his lieutenant's shoulder. "I guess we should head back then?" he asked, looking to the pool of blood that was once Yuji.

[Akiyamasan]

Hitomi gives out a little sigh, as her wing disappears and the wind dies down. She sheathes her blade, and then puts both her hands together to pray in respect to Minagawa Yuji. Her heart is a little shaken, because this is the first time she's ever had to slay something that she considered innocent.

Such a..shame.

When Sairou puts his hand on her shoulder and asks her if she wants to leave, she simply nods wordlessly, and opens a senkaimon gate. Taking one more glance at the pool of blood that was once Yuji, she sadly enters the gate, and returns to Soul Society.
