Alright as we all know everyone loves shinigami/vizards and what's more is that everyone tends to make them captain level even though they aren't captain. Which was fine; it just so happens that if I allow that to keep happening this site will be over run by overpowered people.
Now we all know there are only four captain spots open so without further ado I will make a rule that will go into affect immediately. Now I also know I have not ran it by any other staff members, but I think I'll be fine with this rule. If any one objects they may pm me or another staff member/s.
The Rule: Starting now....no one is allowed a captain rank shinigami or vizard....they must work their way up. However, there is one exception to this; if one would like to fill an open captains spot pm an admin and he/she will decide whether you may create one. This rule I know is kinda of strict, but I believe it's for the best.
Again any questions, comments, or concerns you have about this can be sent to me or another staff member via pm.
one other thing, if someone wishes to get their character to a captains rank pm an admin so that we may monitor the progress and we will decide when you've reached the rank etc.
