"Oh? Such stingy people you are; but I suppose I don't have room to complain seeing as you've given me more than enough to work with. You have my word that I'll do my best to help you combat against our enemies; even though our leader seems to forget that he can be held in contempt and arrested for disobeying orders from Central 46." he said with a small smile after the Captain Commander's words. "After all, my precious ex-lieutenant has made her way to that group, and if they're in danger then as her old captain I suppose I've got to do my part in protecting them." he said with a forced sigh, acting as if he was also reluctant to help; even though his face had shown the opposite.
He then turned to face the exit of the circular room before turning his head to the chairman. "I don't suppose you need me anymore? I've got alot to get caught up on now and need some time to invent." he said with a smile. As he turned to leave he heard the chairman's voice stopping him, saying that they had more to say, so he let out a deep sigh and turned around. "Alright, alright, let's hurry this up so I can get to researching some weapons for the Gotei 13." he said in a bored tone, a bit angry his research time got taken away from him.
"You know, kiddo. It'd be a shame for Soul Society to lose another Captain Commander; especially if said Shinigami resigns out of pettiness. You might wanna rephrase that last statement of yours." he then whispered in the Captain Commander's ear, hoping he would figure out that it'd be better to just follow orders like the soldiers they were than to get locked away for quite awhile.

"And if we are wrong, what will you do?" The director asked in response to Stelevein's insubordinate comment. "If you think to disobey absolute orders, then you may answer to the King of Shinigami himself." With that addition a number of mumbling Central 46 members immediately hushed up in tune with a strange and profound amount of tension flooding through the room. "Resigning from your position? We can see where your loyalties lie then, Perhaps ExCaptain-Commander Stelevein." He said in a threatening tone, the man finally standing up out of his seat and coming into the light at last.
He was a wizened fellow, with a long beard and large eyebrows that gave him a sage-like appearance. His long and elaborate robes were from a time long forgotten, only adding to the appearance of age and wisdom he portrayed. Yet, the slightest hint of moisture could be seen in those stern purple orbs, and it became obvious that the order was difficult for him to give. "Do you think I like condemning my own people to their dooms, child Captain Commander? It only goes to stand that the irrefutable evidence placed against them has come to light. And in order to protect what we have here, certain sacrifices must be made and certain orders must be followed."
He drew in a long, deep breath again before he took his seat back in the shadows, and with a tip of his finger the doors behind the three captains opened. "You have your orders. Investigate each and every Vizard or Quincy you come across. Capture or slay suspicious vizard, offer no mercy to quincy, and don't forget... Soul Society needs your diligence now more than ever."

Stelevein flinched when he heard ex-captain. He had meant every word he said, but to be called ex-captain commander was something he had not wanted. He finished listening to the Guy speak and when he finished stelevein slightly bowed, it was clear that he still didn't agree with this. He told them very well and turned to leave.
As he approached the door he turned back to the elder. He began to speak more softly and much calmer. "Sir I ask you one thing give me at least a few more days to gather more evidence so that I may be sure this is the right choice."
