Tends to wear a regular T-shirt (occassionally with a funny saying) and khaki pants. When he is on the job Crazy tends to wear a cloth mask which has a large smile on it.

Personality: Extremely cheerful, Crazy rarely ever seen without a smile on his face. Always able to look on the bright side of things, Crazy always takes a light hearted approach to things. However despite his cheerfulness, Crazy is also extremely weird. His habits are usually odd and his thought process may take a few (dozen) shortcuts and detours.
These personality quirks conceal Crazy's intelligence and determination. When faced with a challenge, Crazy relies on his pragmatism and lack of inhibitions in order to achieve results.
History: Born to a normal pair of parents, Chiba had a normal upbringing. Getting a normal education and being taught normal life lessons, Chiba found that he was quite decent at any challenges that were thrown his way. Chiba continued to live his nice normal life until the age of seven. When he was seven, Chiba woke up one night due to a commotion that he heard. Going downstairs to investigate, Chiba witnessed the violent deaths of his parents at the hand of a robber. Unable to look away from the remains of his parents, Crazy was able to see their ghots for the brief time before he was taken to an orphanage.
Ever since he saw the deaths of his parents it was obvious to anyone who interacted with Crazy that there was definitely something off about him. It may have been his reaction to certain situations or how he never seemed to stop smiling. But it was obvious that there was something that wasn't normal about him.
Having noticed his powers soon after he came to the orphanage, Crazy took any oppurtunity that he had to practice with his powers. That coupled with the self-defense lessons that he took to deal with the numerous bullies turned him into a dangerous fighter.
Running away from the orphanage when he was sixteen years old, Crazy turned to mercenary work in order to make ends meet. However Crazy didn't only learn survival skills from the numerous skirmishes that he had to put up with as a mercenary (such as fighting with weapons and with his hands). Crazy also had to learn the survival skills that were necessary in order to deal with the hollow (such as hiding his reiatsu and learning to move fast). Learning not only the standard weaknesses of the hollow and how to avoid confrontations with them. Crazy also managed to learn how hollows came into being and the enemies that hollows had to deal with.
Continuing like this for two years, Crazy eventually found an offer for some overseas work in Russia. Seizing the oppurtunity for such an important sounding job, Crazy went off to Russia (Like most disasters it had started off with the though 'It had seemed to be a good idea at the time'). However the entire job ended up being some rather nasty business. Teaming up with another spiritually aware human, named Aranai Zoi, who was part of the job. The two of them managed to make their way back to Japan without being murdered, killed, assasinated, maimed, tortured, immolated, frozen, eaten, stabbed, shot, imprisoned, punched or kicked (maybe the last two happened a few times).
Going back to his former routine of finding jobs and fighting or avoiding hollow, Crazy set up shop in Karakura town. Maintaining contact with Zoi, the two of them entered into an agreement that they would help each other out if either needed help. Since then things have been pretty quiet (relatively speaking considering the health risks of being a mercenary and being a possible target of cannibalistic spirit monsters which attack at random intervals). But whenever a challenge arises (such as said cannibalistic spirit beasts) Crazy is able to handle the situation or make it someone elses problems.

Ability: Crazy is able to create locusts and control them using a hivemind connection.
Swarm - Making a swarm of locusts, Crazy can send them after a target. When in contact with a target whether organic or inorganic, these locusts will be able to devour the target (depends on the size of the target and the composition of it).
Multi-tool - Creating much smaller locusts, Crazy is able to get them to effectively fuse together similiar to nanomachines. As a result Crazy is able to make them form tools or weapons depending on the situation (Will generally break after one use).
Explosion - Focusing on either an individual locust or multiple locusts, Crazy is able to make them detonate (An individual locust will explode with a quarter of the force of an M-80).
Fighting Mode - Wrapping himself in a swarm of the nanomachine locusts, Crazy is able to enhance his strength and speed in addition to being given the same amount of protection as metal armor (Triples Crazy's strength and speed).
Giant Locust - Crazy is able to create a giant locust instead a swarm of locust (Maximum size is 15 feet).
Reiatsu Locust - Crazy is able to create a swarm of locust similiar to his standard swarm attack. However instead of devouring physical matter, the locusts devour both reishi and reiatsu at a rapid rate.
Striking Mode - Creating a coating of nanomachine locusts similiar to his fighting mode, Crazy instead focuses the locusts exclusively on his limbs. As a result the strength speed and limb protection behind Crazy's hand to hand attacks undergoes a drastic increase when compared to fight mode (The strength in each limb decreases for each additional limb that is in striking mode).
Locust Bullet - Having several locusts go into a ball, Crazy is able to send it out at an extremely fast speed. While it is unable to change direction after being sent out, the speed of the bullet allows it to cause major damage on whatever it hits.
