Personality: Takashi is similar to a Quincy in many ways. Whenever others are being picked on, he will not stand for it. He respects authority with full respect and cannot stand when others mess with his pride. If spoken to, he will most likely have a puzzled look on his face but once he really gets to know a person as well as the person gets to know him, he is rather open as well as humorous.
History: Takashi was born in the center of Tokyo, Japan. His parents were homeless as well as that they had no money whatsoever. At the age of 15 he got involved in the wrong crowd, joining a gang he quickly climbed the ranks, eventually being noticed by a Mafia Gang. Being recruited, Takashi climbed those ranks until he was the person assasin of the Mafia Leader, taking down enemies and those who did not pay their respects. After doing this for a year he eventually was thrown in Prison, where a man in a suit with sunglasses visited him, offering him two choices. Having taken notice of Takashi's skills as a Gunsman, the man introduces himself as Hochu. The two choices offered to him are to work for him, in exchange for being released from jail, or remain in jail for many more years. Taking the offer, Takashi worked for Hochu and his organization, enforcing Government laws around Tokyo. At the age of 17, he encountered his first Hollow. Being sent on a mission to investigate many unexplained deaths, he finds a Hollow with a fair amount of spiritual pressure. After attempting to shoot it for some time, he begins to realize it has no effect. Being drawn close to defeat, with little hope left, his guns out of ammo (he is unaware it is) he fires at the Hollow. Surprisingly, a pitch black bullet comes out, leaving a trail of energy behind it, it pierces the Hollows flesh, causing it to roar in pain and dissolve. With his newly found power, Takashi, using his ability, begins to defeat more and more hollows, being more and more liked by the Government. Eventually, the Government assigns him a case in Karakura Town, where many similar deaths to the ones caused by Hollows have occured more than anywhere else. Taking the job, Takashi moved to Karakura Town, often getting phone-calls when another Death is detected.

Note: His weapons appear as his cell phone when in their sealed state. - Hinoame: Also known as Fire Storm in english, Hinoame is an ability in which Takashi aims his gun into the air, firing a few shots as they sprout into exactly 1000 bullets in the air, they rain down all around him, hitting everywhere except exactly below, where he is standing.
- Dangan no Seicho: In a similar fashion to reloading his Reishi bullets, Dangan no Seicho is an ability in which Takashi waves his hand over the gun, refilling each clip of ammo in order to continue fighting. If driven to exhaustion, these bullets will be more and more difficult to restore as he is unable to generate them when weak.
- Maji: Driven to his limit, Takashi can activate Maji; the true form of his powers. At this point, his hands are turned completely black (As black as his Uzi's) as well as chains sprouting from the gun and wrapping up his arm. In this state, Takashi is able to fire larger bullets, almost to be mistaken with Bala's as the blasts are red, energetic, and go at the speed of Bala's. He is also able to leap higher than the average being (Similar to a Mod Soul) and rain his Bala-like bullets upon his enemy. Though this ability is strong, it wears off quickly and leaves Takashi exhausted of energy.
