Personality: Kyuuya is a good guy at heart. He likes to help people, and often spend time outside of school tutoring his classmates or underclassmen. He dislikes fighting, and often tries to run away from fights, despite not being very athletic. He loves talking with other people, and is fairly extroverted, unlike his brother. He isn't very strong physically, but he wishes he was so he could be evenly matched with his brother and not have to be protected alot. He isn't the most serious person until it comes to school. When it comes to standing up for himself, he is somewhat of a coward. He isn't the kind of person to say no unless he is being pushed by his brother. He is also very proud of the fact that he is a twin.

History: Soujirou and Kyuuya were born in Kagamino City. Their parents were well-off, but not rich, so they lived in a rather nice house in Kagamino. They went to school in the city until the summer before they entered highschool. During that summer their mother had caught an illness, and their father was laid off. Being unable to keep up with their bills, the family moved to the nearby Karakura Town, living in a small apartment. Later that year, the twins' mother died due to the illness. Before she died, however, she gave each of the twins a necklace, with the Gemini constillation on it as a present for entering highschool.
Recently, the twins had discovered that their cherished necklaces are more than just a keepsake. Not long before the current time, the twins were walking back from staying late after school, when they ran into a Hollow. Thinking they were going to die, the brothers held their necklaces in their hands, before they were enveloped in a light, and had weapons in their hands. After realizing what happened, they were able to defend themselves against the hollow, until it ran away. The two brothers still don't know exactly what had happened, but they've agreed to each other that it was just a shared dream.

Ability:

• Gemini's Blessing: An ability that transforms the Gemini Necklace he wears into a shield. It also transforms Kyuuya's clothing into an all black set of clothing. (Image Here.)
  
• Twin Telepathy: Once Gemini's Blessing is activated, Kyuuya is able to speak with his twin brother, regardless of how far apart they are. Also, if the twins are within eyeshot of each other, they are able to switch places with a flash of light.
  
• Gemini Shield: When activated, Gemini's Blessing causes two over-sized shields to be created on Kyuuya's arms. The shields are capable of blocking almost any attack sent at him. The shields appear as two large, flat-topped kite-shields, with a large cross similar to the one on his necklace in the shield's center. The ends of the cross extend about six inches past the shied on the side, about an inch over on the bottom, and about 12 inches over on the top. The total height of the shields (Including the crosses) is about 4 feet, and about 3 feet in width. The shield itself if about 3 feet in height and 2 feet in width. In the shield's center, on the cross is the gemini constellation, and in it's center is a diamond-shaped gem.
  The shields are fairly heavy, so they cause Kyuuya's movement speed to be severly cut. Also, because he is incapable of doing much damage at all, even is he uses his shields as a weapon. (They are incapable of even bruising the hierro of a normal Hollow, however, they can be devestating when used on a normal human.)
  
  • Heavenly Flame: Like his brother's "Heavenly Flame" this technique becomes active when the gems on Kyuuya's shields glow blue. The entire shield, along with about a foot of area past the crosses becomes covered in a blue flame. In this mode, the flames act as a the shield, and give Kyuuya a wider area of coverage. Like his brother, he can only hold this mode for about a minute.
    
  • Gemini Overdrive: When using this technique Kyuuya's shields disappear and cover him in a shining white armor. On the back of his hands are two circular gems of a blue color. On his chest is a cross identical to his necklace, with it's own circular gem in the middle. In this mode, Kyuuya is able to instantly materialize his shields from the energy around him. The shields appear as pure white kite-shields, and only materialize for the moment he is hit, shattering into a shining dust after the blow has been blocked. Because he isn't burdened with the weight of the physical shields, his speed is increased, although it's not nearly at the level of a Lieutenant. In this form, his shields are able to withstand any attack thrown at him, though if hit with a concussive blow, he will be blown back as if the attack hit head on. Kyuuya is currently only able to hold this form for about 30 seconds.
