I believe you should do away with hollow abilities on account of no character has been seen with the ability to control there full hollowfication

Just because they can not control their inner hollow does not mean that they have no abilities. Also, this is an original bleach RP it has nothing to do with the show, so therefore things can happen here that did not in the show. Such as someone being able to control their full hollowfication.
