Captain Obvious leads Jin-Ho into Soul Society and slowly leads him over to the Squad 1 Barracks. Along the way, he would stop and point out the various locations in the Soul Society, as if acting as a Tour Guide. Nice place isn't it? I guess you'd know since you used to live here and all that. He says in an absent-minded tone as he continues to point out places in the Seireitei. After about half an hour of travelling, they arrive in front of the Squad 1 Barracks and Captain Obvious walks off after making one more obvious remark. You're a captain! That means you have to report to the Captain-Commander! Anyways bye!
The doors open and the door guard walks out, having expected Jin-Ho to be delivered here due to a butterfly that was sent earlier. Get in there and take a seat, Commander Stelevein will be out in a moment. He says in a monotone without really looking at Yun.

Stelevein walks out and greets Jin-Ho. "Pleasure to meet you!" He said to Jin-Ho while holding out his hand to shake. "I've heard much about you from before I became commander...Although I never knew how you coul just dissapear." He said in a joking manner.
"After all...you were pronounced dead long before I was even a shinigami." He said laughing a great deal. It seemed funny how people could not find him, but in all seriousness they didn't look very long...or at least from what he himself knew of they didn't.
"As you can see I am the new captain commander...the name's stelevein. If you're wondering what happened to yamamoto it's simple, I beat him in battle. Of course I didn't kill him, he actually became very ill. It was quite intriguing, I had seen nothing like it. Any who; you should get aquanted with the new captain of squad twelve...that was your old squad correct?...Oh and one more thing...if you need anything before you go off don't hesitate to ask...as well you should be back to see me tomorrow. I need to see if you've still got the skill to be a captain again. You should have your energy recovered by then."

As the "Captain Commander" walked into the room, Jin-Ho scoffed at the man's skinny appearance. "This child defeated Captain Commander Yamamoto?" he thought as the man spoke, telling him of how he beat the Captain Commander and ordering him around. "Of course. He could only beat Captain Commander on his death bed. This kind of man... to defeat Yamamoto while he was in such a condition... he doesn't deserve to be Captain Commander..." he thought, looking at Stelevein with obvious discontent.
"I'm sorry, kid. But the way I see it, I'm still the captain of the research and development branch of this organization. And I'll definitely be back tomorrow. Not to take back a title that I already have though..." the man said as he turned to leave the room. As he opened the door, he turned his head towards the Captain Commander. "Yamamoto-Sama is still my Captain Commander. And until you show me that you have the skill be take his place, I won't take orders from a child such as yourself." he said before closing the door behind him and heading to what he believed to be his barracks.

Stelevein sighed to himself and put his hand over his face. He drew in a breath and released it. He couldn't believe this guy called him a kid...of all things, he disrespected him. He didn't know who this guy thought he was...it seemed likely he just thought himself a bad ass. Stelevein shunpo'd out the door right as Jin-Ho shut the door. When jin-Ho turned around Stelevein was standing right in front of his.
"Now...why would you go and do a fool thing like disrespecting me. Here I am showing my hospitality and yet you disrespect me. You are a very rude and if you'd like to see whether I have the skill...why not just challenge me." He said smiling a little as he spoke. Of course he didn't think that Jin-Ho would actually challenge him, but he had been wrong on occasion.
"Of course I'd advise you not to do that, but it is your call. And if you plan to go to squad twelve barracks...you'll find the new captain there."

The Shinigami wasn't surprised when he turned to see the Captain Commander behind him. He took a few steps back, putting one of his hands inside his uniform.
"Disrespect? I suppose you can call it that from your perspective. Don't get me wrong though. I'm not disrespecting you as a Shinigami. I'm sure you're plenty strong. However, the way you "defeated" Yamamoto-Sama... that's more disrespectful than anything I could say to you. If you had challenged the Captain Commander at his full strength like a true Shinigami, you would have lost. Unless you can prove to me otherwise, you don't deserve the title of Captain Commander, nor the respect that comes with it." he said calmly, more angry at how the person in front of him became Captain Commander rather than the fact that he had the title.
"And, challenging you right now would go just as you believe it will. I have used most of the reiatsu I had after awakening in the battle at my laboratory. If I fight you now, I'll lose. If I decide to challenge you, it will be at my full strength. Now, if you'll excuse me "Captain Commander", I'll be on my way. I'm sure you have your own business to take care of, having to fill the shoes of one of the greatest Shinigami in history." he said, using his own Shunpo to return to his lab before the Captain Commander could respond.

Stelevein sighed and looked down...he had beaten the Yamamoto at his full strength; it wasn't until after that he fell ill. Before stelevein had time to react Jin shunpo'd away; but stelevein had yet to end the discussion so he gave chase. When he finally reached Jin he raised a hand in a friendly manner.
"Now that I have your attention again...it wasn't until after I challenged him that he fell ill. And contrary to what you want to believe I had a great respect for the old man. True I challenged him...but not because I had anything against him...I challeneged him simply because I wanted to see who's power was greater." Stelevein said to him as he walked ever closer to jin.
"Further more...it was I who took care of him when he fell ill. Well partially me...but it was also fourth squad as well. Now, before you assume and make a fool of yourself you should probably here what really happened."
