Personality: Seiketsu believes very strongly in discipline and order, having served in the military for years before dying. He deals with silliness and stupidity harshly and has little patience for fools. He is fiercely loyal to those who gain his trust and he follows the chain of command strictly. He looks on debauchery sternly, although he partakes once in a blue moon.
History: Seiketsu was a drill sergeant in Japan’s army in WWII, and trained an elite regiment that fought well and honorably, until the bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. He was stationed in Nagasaki when the bomb dropped, and was sent to the Soul Society shortly thereafter. He immediately sought out the 13 Court Guard Squads and applied to the Academy. He progressed rapidly, far more rapidly than his teachers expected. He was assigned to Squad 11 after only a year. He was Lieutenant for another year, until his Captain was killed. When the question of a replacement was brought up, he was the natural choice, and he applied immediately. He was accepted shortly thereafter.

Appearance: The hawk merges with Seiketsu, giving him giant steel wings, a hawkshead helm with wings swept back, and hawks talons claws.
Abilities: Increases his speed and strength, the wings can cut, and it starts to gather the natural electricity in the air with every movement, and can unleash lightning.
