Kio was sitting in his garden admiring the beauty. He was also feeding many birds, and reading at the same time. His former captains Hoari was hanging on a pole next to him. Which is where he usually kept it, after all he had no use for it right now anyway. He yawned and stood up walking to the center of the garden, he bent down and picked up a rose smelling it.

I had no paperwork to do today, and my garden was losing the little pizzazz it possessed, so I decided I'd go for a walk in the World of the Living to see if there are any flowers that I could use. I was looking around when I spotted a nice big area full of beautifully smelling flowers, and beautifully decorated place. I looked around, noticing no one is there to take care of such a beautiful place, so I decide it's inhabited. I start walking around the place, trying to find the new flower that would put more pizzazz to my garden.

Kiba stepped out of his Senkaimon near the garden, looking around and immediately sensing the spiritual pressure of his Lieutenant. He quickly Shunpo's over to Kenji, landing on the ground next to him as his Captain's Haori lightly blows down behind him.
"Kenji, the battle has begun." He explains, hoping Kenji had gotten the Hell Butterfly alert about the planned Hollow attack, and will immediately understand what his Captain is saying to him.

I groan after I hear Kiba's explanation. "A battle? Really? Can't I just stay here and relax, bro? Come on..." I say this in a futile attempt to get out of this mess, for I know all to well that Kiba never takes me 'no' as an answer. I sigh and wait for him to tell me to get my butt to wherever he plans on taking me this time.

Kiba stared bluntly at Kenji as if he was joking, "Perhaps i was speaking too quietly: The battle has begun, you are needed in the Seireitei." He bluntly repeats himself, turning around and re-opening his Senkaimon, turning his head to half-face Kenji,
"Now then, i do hope you try not to get out of this again." He states, taking a single step closer to the Senkaimon as he waits for Kenji to move.

(((I hope you all don't mind, but I am allowing Kio to have already known you two for quite a while, which you will find out how long in my post. Also, this thread is taking place prior to the main plot.)))
Kio watches both of them closely, as they had not noticed him and it was probably due to the fact that he can conceal his rietsu fairly well. He heard what both of them said and sighed a deep breath. Shinigami were so hectic, everything they did seemed urgent. Kio got up and grabbed his old captains hoari from where he usually left it hang and put it on. He shunpo'd over to where both of them are.
"Ah; Kiba and Kenji nakamura, it's been quite some time. And I hear you finally got promoted to Captain Kiba, tis it true? After all, you were only Vic-Captain when I got kicked from soul society." He said laughing a bit as he spoke then he turned his attention to Kenji.
"And you kenji, I hear you have been promoted to vice-captain in order to fill Kiba's place. How does it feel to be your own brothers saburdinate?" He said clearly joking a little. "well, while you all are hear, I'd like to test the new captain and the new vice-captains strength. What do you all say? After all, it wasn't too very long ago that your strength couldn't compare to mine, but judging by your large rietsu, you have probably even surpassed I. Which is far great an accomplishment."
