Goodbye-ish

Hey guys, so, as some of you know, I've been gone due to a retreat with my church for the past few days. During the retreat I realized some stuff, and it's all great stuff, but I guess it's kinda bad news for here?

Basically, I'm not gonna be around much anymore. At the most, probably an hour a day, but likely not even that much. I still very much like RPing, especially here, but it (And the internet, really) has gotten in the way of my relationship with God. I've actually been thinking about needing to quit/spend less time on things like this when I could be doing other things than wasting my life away on the internet, and it became clear over the retreat that I really do need to spend less time in front of my computer and television. I've placed the internet and the joys of having this "other world" to explore before God. Not that those things are bad things, but there's a time when it's too much and I've gone past that point.

I know not all of you are Christian or believe in God, but I hope you all understand. I'll try to be active in my duties as an admin of the site, and I'll stick around as much as I can until our current plot finishes up, but after that, I won't be around much. I'm sorry for doing this so suddenly, but, honestly, Jesus is more important than this site, and I've been putting this site and the internet before Him for too long and it really needs to stop.

Anyway, I guess this is "goodbye". ^^; But like I said earlier, I'll still kind of be around. And I might you all to help me with this if you can or if you feel like it. ^^; If I'm on the site for more than an hour, I'd appreciate it if you guys try to get me to leave. ^^;;

Well, looks like the retreat served it's purpose! Ya had some fun, and discovered a few things about yourself. It's all good! As I said earlier, just keep doing what you feel is right, and don't sweat the small stuff too much. As long as you don't make yourself a stranger around here, you don't have anything to worry about, eh?

Nope, not a Christian, but a Buddhist; I get what you're saying and have no problem at all with it. Anyways; Goodbye-ish!

I am glad you found something more important, and as I might say, though I didn't want to say in the time I was gone, it was do to the same reason as you are leaving us now. I had to get right with god, now I am of no religion, but I believe it's always good to be right with the lord, and as it stood, I spent over a month trying to get right with him again. I had done so much wrong in my life it was pathetic, once I got right with him I knew I couldn't just abandon my forum, this forum isn't my life but a huge part of it, I have found a way to continue getting right with god whilst balancing this as well.

Jachimaru, you have been my friend for years, and have helped me on many forums, I hate to see you go, but I understand your reasoning's and wish you the best. May your relations to god become as great you would like. I also hope that in time you find a way to balance this more along with having time for him as I have. So, have a blessed life and like Super said, don't become a stranger, I'd hate to lose a friend like you, especially after all you've done for me.
