Description:
Atem has black hair that goes to his forehead. His eyes are brown and look harmless at first. He wear the usual shinigami clothes with his own pair of white one under that. He does not wear socks with his sandals that are light brown. He never puts his blade on his hakama he always carries it to be safe.
Personality:
Atem: Atem is a man who looks like he is mean most times but is nice. He has a easy face when he feels sympathetic or is just really happy. He respects everyone around him even enemies. He is not really nice to his enemies but he puts his respects. He is very nice and will do almost any errand for anybody. He might even do your laundry. He does not like insulting people. He is pretty much fearless and is not scared of allot of things.
Chishio:When Chishio takes over it looks like Atem except Atems Eyes turn red. He is rude,disrespectful,mean and he laughs and makes fun of everyone. He loves to kill and only comes out at extreme situations. He goes overboard when killing someone so the real Atem inside trys to turn back. He always smiles even in danger. The only time he wont smile is if he feels that one is way stronger then he is. Then he gets serious.
History:
The Beginning
Atem was born in a barely known village called Kisoku in Seireitei. It was a poor village. Close to the village was a cave where a cursed blade layed inside with a demon. When Atem was 5/50 the demon was unleashed by sensing a great power. He came out and attacked everyone in the village. Then when he came to Atem something stopped him from killing him. Chishio saw the power he sensed was in this boy. The boy had no fear at all of Chishio. Chishio then possessed Atem. Atem did not care about the village. No one liked him at all. Actually everyone,even his parents,did not like him because even though there village was poor, Atem smiled and was nice. He then decided he would go to the place called The Soul Society. Chishio speaked to Atem through his soul and told him to go the cave and retrieve the sword. Atem did so and the Chishio told him "I am a cursed zanpaktou. I have entered you because I saw your fearlessness. I am needed for you to become a shinigami. Now every one in a while you must let me take over you for you to survive. Do you accept me or will you give me up?" Atem automatically accepted.
Life of a Demon Boy
On Atems journey to the soul society was attacked by many bandits. Every time Chishio would give him pointers on how to defeat them. Then one day the group of bandits were bigger than usual so Atem had no choice but to let Chishio to take over. Chishio killed everyone within 5 minutes. Atem saw this and decided he wanted Chishio to teach him. So Chishio told Atem about Jinzen and for years Atem trained and survived the bandits. He got better and eventually learned the first form of Shikai. He learned it at 7/120 while fighting his first hollow. He finally learned Chishios name after years of trying to find it out.
The Soul Society
Atem at 8/140 finally found the soul society. He entered and was considered a intruder. Squad 11 was sent after him but just the minor members. He defeated them all with his shikai. Then he entered the room of the Captain of the Soul Society and explained his journey. The Captain agreed for Atem to become a shinigami. Atem trained for 2 ears and passed with flying colors. Then he became a member of the squad he fought. Squad 11. He was a unseated member for years.
Promotion
One day a army of 50 hollows came. Squad 11 unseated members were assigned. About 10 including Atem were chosen. Everyone was slaughtered but Atem. There were now 45 because the ten beat 5 hollows. Atem fought and beat all of the hollows. It took 3 days and 3 nights. He came back pale,drowsy, and really beat to Soul Society. After a month of resting his injuries he was asked by the Captain if he would take the position of 3rd seat for squad 11. He agreed. He took the test and became 3rd seat. Now his only goal is be a good leader and become stronger.

Call Out Phrase: Ryuuketsu
Appearance: His normal red katana splits into two small dual blades with red and black hilts and at the end of the hilt it is gold. Tied to that are 2 red cloths. It has black blades with white all over its front.
Abilities:
Chishio Hanto(Blood Hunt): Atem stabs a opponent and his blade that stabbed the man sucks the mans blood out.
Tsuin Akuma Karyuudo za Chishio(Twin Demon Hunter's of the Blood): Atem raises his blade's in the air vertically and say Twin Demon Hunters of the Blood. Then 2 floating balls that float beside his dual blade's that have mouths with allot of teeth appear. When Atem stabs a opponent, the ball beside that blade bites the opponent and sucks his blood until Atem lets the blade out.
Dansu Ryuuketsu(Dance of Bloodshed): Atem's blade's get circled with red energy. Then he stands by putting his right blade above his head and left to his waist. Then when someone attacks he starts his 'dance'. Every time someone comes at him he strikes them immediately because his speed and skill are increased. Unfortunately this only last about 5 minutes.
Makai Dageki(Hell Strike): Atem's blades swirl rapidly with red energy. Then he runs straight at a opponent. At the same time Chishio gets unleashed for only 1 minute. So whatever Atem does to his opponents, it is doubled the damage because Chishio is also attacking.

Effect: A red energy Bakudo that paralyzes the opponent in red energy.

Effect: The practioner can use either both hands or his/her Zanpakutô in a blocking motion. The spell then generates a dull yellow energy in front of the practitioner that takes the form of a large spinning disk of condensed reiatsu to block an opponents attacks.

Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
Effect: The practitioner generates a orb of crimson red energy in his/her palm or finger. The orb can be any size from small, medium or large depending on the level of power being used. The destructive power released by the blast can vary between a simple explosion to a pillar of energy. In both instances the spell causes concussive as well as burn damage.

Effect: The practitioner generates yellow spiritual energy into his/her hand and forms an orb which is then fired at the target with a massive concentrated strike of energy.
