Yes for those who don't know, my play by is Kurama
Personality: Kio is very mysterious in a way. He has a multi personality life, he can be brutal and not care about killing you, but at the same time he can be very kind hearted. Kio will usually allow you to repent your crimes before he kills you, some what of a second chance. However, because it is most like a second chance, if you do so happen to repent he will spare your life. If you choose not to, he will kill you in a brutal was. But, what's more is that should you lie to him about repenting, and continue your wicked ways he will kill you in an even more bruttle manor, preferring torture over straight death. For this he is looked down upon in soul society, and eventually was kicked out. His intellegence is above average, but far from a genious level.
History: When Kio was thrown out of sould society because of his bruttle personality, he was extremely strong and his speed was average for a shinagami. However, this was not enough, he didn't want to be strong, he wanted to be the fastest person alive, he believed that is what measured a mans true strength. To him it wasn't whether one was strong enough to destroy anything in their path, it was about being able to avoid those who were that strong. He knew he wasn't the strongest and far from it, but he wanted to be the fastest, most athletic person alive.
He trained his body so hard, focusing all of his training on Stamina, Endurance, speed, agility, and acrobatics. He didn't even worry about how strong he was, because he knew know matter how hard he trained he'd never be the strongest, but at the same time he also knew that he would be the fastest. Not long after he started his training he met up with Kisuke Urahara. Kisuke trained Kio to help Kio reach his potential, but kio found this was not enough. He needed more, so not long after he began research with urahara on how to transfer his strength into those which he desired most. This took a month to accomplish, but when it was done, Kio emerged with the strength of an above average human, yet weaker than that of a shinigami. However, everything listed above increased far beyond shinigami or Hollows, also that of vizards. He finally got what he wanted.
Zanpakutou
Name: Rosa Reina (Rose Queen)

Call Out Phrase: Crecer Rosa (Grow Rose)
Appearance:
Abilities: This particular Zanpakutou allows Kio to make roses out of thin air even without being released. This Zanpakutou also allows the user to; once released, grow vines and roses out of every part of his body and use them to attack. However, they are much stronger than the average vines ETC, so it'd take much more than just hacking at them to stop them. Also, this is not an attack or anything, but when released Rose petals surround Kio.
- Ice Rose -- When used a huge rose made of ice appears behind Kio. This rose can freeze anything it touches, and to be able to touch something it uses it's roots and vines, and leaves. It can also come from multiple directions at once. This move is about average speed, unless Kio controls it with his hands in which case it's speed increases by 5x.
- Electric Rose -- When used, twelve roses shoot out from thin air and surround the opponent. Once surrounded the roses set off electrical waves, cause the opponent to be electrocuted, it could also temporarily paralyze the opponent.
- Lashing Rose -- This move is actually very dangerous as the rose petals around Kio now become as sharp as blades and fly at intense speed toward the opponent. These petals are strong enough to pierce even the strongest Hierro.
- Rose Needle/s -- This move allows him to make needles from his roses. Such would be the stem of the rose. These needles are extremely sharp, and if thrown with enough force, one could prove fetal.
- Flaming Rose -- Kio set's his rose needles on fire and throws them at the oponent.

Abilities: Same as Shikai, except for what's listed below.
- Rose Explosion -- With this ability Kio can turn any number of roses into bombs and launch them at the opponent by throwing them. This move does not have to hit it's target to be affective, it just has to be close.
- Rose Targets -- With this move, Kio does not have to move a muscle, and three targets appear on the opponents Vital organs. Once done, Kio can throw any number of Rose Needles at the opponent and they will not stop until they hit him or have been destroyed. However, this move drains his spirit energy greatly, the more Rose needles he uses, the more he get's drained. If he uses too many, he can die from this move.
