Kiba stepped into his barracks, looking around he notes that most of the squad members, whom were in the barracks before the meeting, were gone, most likely out on their daily patrols and activities.
He nods, looking over to his Captain's Quarters where two guards remained, standing at attention. Kiba bows to them both, stepping passed them he enters the Quarters, closing the door behind him.
Once inside, he walks over to his desk, sitting down. He calls the guards inside and lets them know to expect his Lieutenant, Kenji, and the Lieutenant of Squad 3 as well. With a salute, the guards left back outside the door to wait for the other two to arrive.
"Now then, i suppose i can handle my daily paperwork before they get here." He says, picking up the first, and most recently arrived, paper which points out Kenji Nakamura, the Lieutenant of Squad 2's, absence to the scheduled meeting. Narrowing his eyes, Kiba sets the paper to the side to show his Lieutenant later. He then begins sorting through the papers, signing the ones worth approval and setting aside the rest.

Hitomi arrives at the Squad 2 barracks soon after she leaves the meeting hall due to not taking an detours along the way. What she arrives to is a rather lavish and expensive looking barracks, outfitted with what seems to be the best of the best when it came to the materials it was built from. Hitomi hadn't even been in the Squad 2 barracks before, so the expensive and impressive atmosphere here is strange to her when compared to the more homey feeling that the Squad 3 barracks maintains. It really is a nice place... The previous captains took very good care of this building. She steps into the building and hails the receptionist, who mentions that they were expecting her. Hitomi nods and follows the receptionist to Kiba's office, and enters after the receptionist opens the door.
Lieutenant Hitomi Akiyama reporting for duty. She says as she enters the room to see that Captain Nakamura is sitting at his desk filling out papers. Oh, it looks like you're busy. If it pleases you, I can wait until you're ready. She steps in front of his desk and stands at attention waiting for Captain Nakamura to speak.

Kenji arrives back inside the barracks shortly after Lieutenant Hitomi entered Kiba's quarters. He quickly yet quietly moves to his brother's room, wait for the guard to let me in, and steps inside. I stand over next to Hitomi. "You wanted to talk to me, bro?"

Kiba looks up from the papers as Hitomi enters, offering to wait until later for him to finish the papers. "Ah, that will not be necessary, i was merely taking care of some of these while waiting for-" He was cut off by Kenji entering the room, asking what Kiba wanted in a rather irritating way.
Kiba's eye twitches as he picks up two papers, and hands them to Kenji without saying a word. One of these papers is a recap of the meeting from earlier, addressing the important pieces and announcements of it, the other a notification that Lieutenant of Squad 2, Kenji Nakamura, was apparently 'unable' to make it to the meeting.
Kiba stands up, looking up at Kenji. "And how do you think this reflects on the rest of the squad, Kenji?" He would ask his Lieutenant as soon as he finished reading through the two papers.

Hitomi stands silently in the room as Kiba chastises Kenji for not appearing at the meeting. She doesn't say anything in this case because Captain Sairou didn't attend the meeting either, so to not reflect poorly on his reputation, Hitomi makes sure to stay quiet. After an amount of time, Hitomi begins to look melancholic, as she knows a lot of Seireitei doesn't approve of her squad's poor reputation. She snaps out of it soon enough, and reverts to paying attention to Kiba again.

Kenji reads through both papers quickly, seeing how he is going to have to go on a recon with his brother and Hitomi, and everything else. He nods when he finishes. "Well, the recon thing doesn't sound to bad.....wanted to check out that place soon anyways. As for the meeting....well, I never got a hellbutterfly about the information."

Kiba nods to Hitomi as a signal to please wait a moment, and walks over to Kenji. "Oh? I could have sworn i told one of our officers to alert you, and he returned to me saying he had, as well as i sense his spiritual pressure on you..." Kiba says, glaring directly into Kenji's eyes.
Kiba did not doubt that Kenji would come up with another excuse, and in which case he would simply move on with the important details of their mission to come.

Kenji sighs a little, mostly to himself, as he knows this road all to well. "Then I probably didn't hear him right, bro. It's not like I'd risk skipping a meeting when I have to listen to these every time I do....." He looks at Kiba, waiting for the usual response that he practically memorized to heart.

Kiba merely sighs at the excuses from Kenji, turning to face the other Lieutenant in the room he gives her a light bow, walking over to his desk and sitting down, motioning for them both to have a seat in front of him to plan battle strategy.
Kiba then pulls out a map, demonstrating the layout of the Soul Society, World of the Living, and Hueco Mundo, along with their known travel routes through the Precipise world. "Now then, do either of you have anything to note before we start?" He asks the Lieutenants before him.

The things I have to point out are fairly simple in this case, Captain Nakamura. Says Hitomi in response to Captain Nakamura's question. Once we enter the gate, we'll find ourselves traveling through the Precipace World. When we get there, we're going to have to form bridges using our spiritual pressure. Hitomi stops speaking for a small bit, placing her hand to her chin before she continues to explain. It looks to me that after that, we're going to find ourselves in a location called the Forest of Menos. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out her notebook, which she thumbs through for a small amount of time before placing the book open on Captain Nakamura's desk while pointing at an exerpt.
The Forest of Menos, as detailed in my notes is a forest entirely composed of quartz crystal where various high level hollow call home. It'll be difficult to make it through the forest without being detected, so I suggest we make sure we're prepared for multiple battles at any given time. She moves her hand lower down the page so that Kiba can see another exerpt. The Hollow there are generally unaligned, and feral to an extent. To that cause, if we cause a ruckus in the forest, we don't really need to worry much about Hueco Mundo catching wind of our existence.
Hitomi removes her hand from the notebook and takes a step backwards in order to sit back down in the seat. She places her hand to her chin again before continuing to speak. What I'm worried about is what happens after we clear the forest and end up in the desert. We had better make sure we stay undetected, as I highly doubt the Espada are stupid enough to not leave sentries out in the desert somewhere. Hitomi's expression relaxes as she removes her hand from her chin and instead places her hand in her lap. With a little bit of a smile, she gives a few words of encouragement. It might be a bit of a pain to stay hidden, but I have faith in the Punishment Squad.
She sighs a little and stops speaking there, directing her attention towards Kiba, awaiting further orders.

Kenji sits down in the other chair, listening to Hitomi's speech, thinking of anything to add. After she is finished, and with Kenji nothing more to add to the topic, simply says. "Couldn't have stated it better myself." Kenji sits there waiting for furthing orders.

Kiba sits back in his chair a bit, relaxing as The Lieutenant of Squad 3 spoke of the Menos Forest. Most of the information having already learned, he sits up and points a finger to an edge of the forest.
"I have already assumed much of this. Incase of ever being in this kind of scenario, i had Squad 12 do some research on this and they estimated roughly here...." he continues to point towards the edge of the forest, "Is where they estimated we would come out." He says, leaning back a bit again, "Now. My main concern is if they can detect a Captain is among them, they may attempt to take care of us quickly by using all they have, which would be bad on our part." He says, removing his finger from the map and pointing at his own Lieutenant, Kenji.
"Kenji, before we leave i would like you to stop by the Department of Research and Developement, and see if they have anything to corrupt the detection of spiritual pressure. I would supress most of it myself but the Reishi level in Hueco Mundo is incredibly High, i would have trouble keeping my rank hidden." He explains, waiting for an answer.

Kenji nods, listening to his captain speak. When he finishes, Kenji says "Got it, I'll make sure to check the Department of Research and Developement to see if they have anything to help." Leaning back in his chair a little, relaxing, he wonders when they can go check out Hueco Mundo, so he can finally see what this place looks like.

Hitomi listens intently as Captain Nakamura explains his worries about the plan and then sends Kenji out to ask Squad 12 if they have anything that would alleviate their primary issue of being detected due to their reiatsu. She agrees with his sensible thinking, and turns her gaze over in Kenji's direction, wondering why he hadn't gotten up to go talk to Captain Cantu yet. Captain Cantu can be a little strange. Please be careful Lieutenant Nakamura. After saying this, Hitomi turns her attention back toward Kiba once more and wonders if there is anything he needs her to take care of before they leave. As the three are supposed to meet Captain Cantu in order to have a gate opened for them, Hitomi wonders why all three of them can't just go talk to him right now and then go.
Wouldn't it make sense for us all to go to see Captain Cantu? Unless there's something else you need done here before we go. Hitomi says to Kiba with a quizzical look in her eyes. If anything else needs doing, I can take care of it while you two see about getting a gate open so that we can do this mission promptly and return as such.

Kiba, one by one, took each comment into consideration before standing, looking between the two before him. "I believe Kenji should go speak with Captain Cantu. Have him give us anything of the sort we need, and bring him to the gate where we shall be waiting, does this sound alright?" He asks them both, waiting for their opinions, or even better, for them to both start moving.
