Sento looked up at the Label to the Hospital, Tama in his arms. He quickly walked inside, and to the nearest desk. "A friend of mine needs a room." He stated as the Nurse looked her over, then back towards Sento. "What happened to her?" She asked. At that Sento had to think quickly and came up with something, "She was....playing on the Playground near Karakura High School and fell, her leg got cut and she got some nasty bumps from landing on a Hard Metal Bar." He said, spitting out the first thing he could think of as the Nurse thought for a moment, "Hmm, okay, we'll get her a room." She said, writing some things down and calling for some other Nurses and in no time, Tama was in a room, laying on the bed unconcious while Sento leaned on the wall near the door, waiting for either Tama to wake up, or the others to arrive.

Still unconcious, Tama is brought to the hospital, where the doctors immediately begin treatment. The Head Surgeon in command begins a surgery process, and finds it amazing that her injuries are regenerating as he's operating on her. The surgery is a resounding success, and Tama soon regains her conciousness. She gazes around the room, and realizes where she is, before drifting off to sleep once more.
(Why did they bring me here....? They should have just..left me alone there...)

Hanabi finally made it to the hospital with the Hanamizu twins right behind her. "Ugh...Sento...you've got some serious explaining to do once we rest..."she thought to herself after running so fast trying to catch up with Sento's speed.
Hanabi signaled the twins to follow her lead and walked up to the nurses' station inside & asked
"Excuse me, where is Miss Tama Kiyomizu's room located? We're her extended family and would like to see her." She knew she had to lie, but of course felt guilty about it, because of the critical state Tama was in and at this time of day, only family members could be allowed to visit. The nurse gladly gave the room Tama was located in and which floor it was on.
Hanabi and the twins arrived at Tama's room and noticed Sento standing off to the side. "Sento...we made it." said Hanabi, looking at her injured friend after making the previous statement.

Kyuuya followed Hanabi into the hospital and to Tama's room. He looked to the bed that Tama was laying in, worried about her condition. He then looked to Sento before taking a seat by the bed. "Some first day of school, huh?" he said, mostly to himself, as he crossed one leg over the other. He never imagined that what he thought to be a dream was real. Not to mention the fact that there were more of those creatures out there.

Soujirou quietly followed behind his brother and classmate, being the last to enter the hospital by a fairly large amount of time. Unlike the others, he didn't start running until his brother was almost out of sight. He figured Tama was fine at the hospital and there wasn't really any need to rush.
When he entered the room, he quietly sat next to his brother, waiting for Tama to wake up and Sento to explain everything.

Sento glanced at each of them as they entered, reading the expressions on their faces and such. After a large amount of time of silence, he stopped leaning on the wall and rubbed the back of his head, "Hmm, well, i better explain everything." He said, coughing, and then beginning with the most important at the moment, "Those creatures we fought, they're called Hollows. You see, when a Soul dies, it doesnt go to heaven as most might think, or any afterlife. There is such a one, yes, known as the Soul Society. But i'll explain that later. To pass on to the afterlife, a Soul Reaper, or Shinigami, must do a Konso, which releases your spirit. Those who stay, if they are not released before too long, become Hollows. Once a hollow, the spirit cannot go to the Soul Society, and the Shinigami must do their main job: eliminating Hollows." Sento explained to the group before fake coughing once again, "Hm, well, i'm sure you guys have plenty more questions, so ask away."

Hearing voices in her room, Tama is stirred from her slumber. Not a stranger to being attacked during her sleep, she immediately sits up in her bed and summons a knife to her hand. Before sticking someone with the knife, she thankfully manages to realize the culprits are her classmates. The knife disappears from her hand, and she rubs her eyes.
Why am I here...? I am... sorry.. I should have.. fought harder.. You all... went through a lot today. I should have handled that on my own..
She notices that Sento seemed to have been explaining something before she so abruptly awoke. Having been around Hollow for a few years of her life, she knew what they were. Sento's explanation only confirmed what she already knew. Feeling guilty that the party hadn't had a chance to slay the Grand Fisher, she decides that it would be right to give them some information herself.
In the last few years.. hollow activity has been steadily increasing. From previous encounters, I have discerned that the Hollow have become more organized as well... The attack earlier...was likely the result of a routine ambush... the men in black those... soul reapers, they usually take care of those disturbances but... I haven't seen very many of them around.. I have been getting rid of Hollow myself as a result...The Grand Fisher has been... attacking me ever since I first came to this town..
Tama sighs, and slowly points out the window toward the cemetery at the edge of town.
The Grand Fisher will return to attack me...from there. I plan on ridding the town of him once and for all. I am sorry, but please do not associate with me. I do not want for you to be attacked.
Saying that gave Tama a large amount of anguish. She desperately longs for friends, but her past has shown her that those close to her always end up having a bad end. She is unable to contain these emotions, and tears begin to streak from her eyes.
Please.. for your own sakes... do not associate with me...

Hanabi nodded as she listened to Sento's explanation. She was about to ask a question about why a "Shinigami" did not show up, when Tama woke up. She smiled as her friend was well enough to speak, but the smile slowly turned into a slight frown as her classmate told of her strife.
"Tama...we didn't know...And we'll never leave you behind!" Hanabi said adamantly. She wasn't about to let her new friend fight by herself, even though she could've handled them from the way she fought earlier.
"Whatever happened to you before isn't happening now. We can all fight with you; Kyuuya and Soujirou, Sento and even me. We're in this together..." she said this as she hugged her friend.

Kyuuya listened carefully to Sento's words, and was about to ask l question as well before Tama spoke. It seemed like she had a lot more experience with the Hollows than he figured from the fight. "It's a little too late to be asking us not to associate with you, you know?" he said with a small laugh.
"And besides, Hanabi-san's right. I may not know how to use this gift my mother gave me, but I know I can protect everyone with it; which is exactly what I'm gonna do." he said with a smile while holding his necklace.
"And I'm sure Soujirou feels the same way." he said, patting his brother on the back with a grin.

Soujirou listened to what the two of them said, while looking out the window of the room. "I don't really get all of this stuff... but I guess that doesn't really matter since it's happening anyway..." he thought, as he felt his brother's hand on his shoulder. He immediately turned, hearing what his brother said, and simply gave a reassuring nod with a slightly forced smile.
"Umm... why aren't these Shinigami showing up?" he asked, turning his view to Sento, before peering back out the window.

Sento jumped from where he was when Tama woke up, then smiled but his smile turned into a frown at what she said. "Well, like they said, its a little too late, but not in a bad way. We wont let anything bad happen to you. Oh, and..." Sento unzipped his bag and took out the Katana Tama gave him, "Thank you for the Katana, i never got to say that before you went unconcious." he said with a smile as Soujirou asked his question. At that he scratched the back of his head and turned to face Soujirou, "That i don't know why. After all, I'm only a Mod Soul, we arent very well informed on those sorts of things." He said.

Hanabi's sudden hug surprises Tama, as she hadn't expected this group of people to be so accepting of her. Deep down inside this brings her immense joy. Tama looks up at her newfound friends and gives a warm smile. One of the first smiles she has given in her entire life.
You're all... making this so difficult.
Tama stares out the window again, she is in a bit of anticipation over the inevitable rematch with the Grand Fisher. Finally, after years of being tormented by the Elder Hollow, she has a way to ensure it will never come back. In her mind races all kinds of strategies that she and her friends could use to defeat him.
The Grand Fisher... gets stronger every time he is defeated, but left alive. I do not wish.. for him to endanger innocent lives. Since I cannot.. convince you to leave him to me...please lend me your aid.
Tama looks at her watch, and notices that it is somewhat late. In response to that, she presses the button on the side of her bed that calls a nurse. A young woman walks into the room and smiles at the group of teenagers, and then asks Tama what she wants.
I feel as though I am fine. Can I please receive permission to leave this place?
Oh well certainly! But there is the matter of the bill..
Tama hadn't wanted to go to the hospital originally for this reason exactly. She doesn't have a home, or any money. She gives a forlorn look, and sighs before explaining the situation.
I am what is called without home. I am sorry. I do not have any money at all.
What, what, what? Don't tell me we treated someone without medical insurance! This is unfathomable! Ugh... go ahead and leave then. But we're keeping this on record!
Tama serenely exits the bed, and begins to leave the hospital room. She motions to her friends to follow her, and exits the hospital. When everyone is outside, she addresses everyone.
It would be prudent for you all to return to your homes. There is school tomorrow.
And with that, Tama disappears into the pavement.

After watching Tama disappear, Hanabi says her goodbyes to her other classmates and heads home. "Thank goodness we didn't have any homework today...just need some sleep." she thought to herself. She walked on home and as she entered her house, she was bombarded by questions from her mother.
"Where were you? I hope you didn't get detention on the first day...or get kidnapped!"
"Mom, calm down i'm fine...I went to see a friend in the hospital. She's fine by the way and the dirt on me is from science class; we went outside today and I got clumsy."
Hanabi's mother scolded her a bit and told her daughter to have some dinner and go get ready for bed. She nodded and proceeded to do so. When she was about to go to sleep, Hanabi replayed the day in her mind, thinking of her new friends and how special they were. She closed her eyes and thought, "Heh...made some good impressions today...and helped changed a frown into a smile...awesome day..."

As Kyuuya followed everyone outside, and watched Tama leave, he thought about what it'd be like, being in Tama's position. When Hanabi said goodbye to everyone, he thought about asking her something, but decided against it. "I'll just ask her tomorrow during lunch..." he thought, as he said his own goodbyes to his classmates before heading home as well; hoping to get a warm shower in before his brother used up the hot water.
When the twins got home, Kyuuya noticed his father was still out at work, which was normal for most days. "Good thing Dad's not off today, right? He'd be going ballistic once he saw those cuts on you." he said with a smirk, as he quickly went upstairs to take a shower and sleep. When he finally got to his bed, he stayed up for quite awhile longer, brooding over everything that happened earlier. "Some first day, huh?" he said to himself as he drifted to sleep.

Soujirou quietly followed the group out, and waved goodbye as they left one by one. He stayed quiet the whole walk home, thinking about the powers they had used during the fight.
When the twins got home, Soujirou walked straight to the fridge to get a glass of water, while letting out a small laugh at his brother's remark about his cuts. "They aren't that bad. I'll just tell him I fell from climbing a tree or something." he said, as he quickly drank the glass and went straight to his room to sleep.
