First Day for Everything~ [Finished]

[Hanamizu Kyuuya]

Kyuuya stumbled a bit under the spiritual pressure, before stopping not long after Hanabi did. Despite not realizing what it was that he was sensing, he was fairly good at sensing the spiritual pressure of other beings as 'odd feelings'. This time, however, it was more than just that.

It was similar to the 'dream' he and his brother shared, and it caused him to look around the empty street cautiously as he instinctively reached for his necklace. "It helped protect us last time... if something like that dream happens for real..." he thought in his head as thoughts flew inside him as a panicked look grew on his face.

[Hanamizu Soujirou]

Soujirou stopped with the other two, but he had no clue why. Unlike his brother, he wasn't the greatest at noticing spiritual pressures. He looked to his brother who was panicking, and then turned his attention ahead of the group. He figured something was up, but didn't have a clue as to what it was until his brother reached for his necklace.

A serious look came across his face, and any thoughts of panic or fright left him at the sight of his brother's. He took hold of his own necklace with his right hand, and stared down the street. He had no clue what to do if the monster from their dream came to reality, but he was going to protect his brother at all costs.

[Sento]

Sento was walking when he froze along with the others. Being a Mod Soul, he could sense it more clearly for what it really was: A Hollow. Sento looked from one of them to the other. Noting their faces, he figured they felt something too, which meant they had some power after all. He then shifted the bag on his shoulder more securely, getting ready to fight any Hollow or Hollows that may be about to arrive.

The four students, having stopped in a small children's park while traveling home, soon find themselves literally oppressed by heavy spiritual pressure. In a moment after the pressure can be felt, the students are then surrounded by several masked panther-like creatures, and well, this.



The largest one seems to have been leading a hunting party to attack beings with some measure of spiritual power. The panther-like creatures prowl around the students in a circle for a small while, and then stop in a circular formation around the students. The largest hollow, with a manic look in the eyes that can be seen behind his mask, cries out in a booming voice.

All kinds of tasty morsels today! My minions, we shall dine well tonight! So, who's my first victim!

One of the panther-like hollow suddenly breaks formation and pounces at the female, who seems to be the easiest prey! When suddenly, a soft silver light illuminates the area, and the crack of a pistol can be heard. The panther-creature rears back in pain, and falls over on it's side, revealing a number of knives that had been thrown into it.

I do not wish for my classmates to meet their end this day...

A few feet outside of the perimeter that the Hollows had set up, a girl with long silver hair can be seen, in her glowing hand, is a smoking pistol. The glow from her hand slightly illuminates her stoic face, as she surveys the situation. The Hollow that she attacked earlier regains it's footing, and charges forward toward her position. She suddenly leaps backward into a portal that appeared behind her, and the Hollow roars in pain once more. It falls over on it's side, quite visibly dead, with a knife sticking out of it's gut. The hollow begins to disintegrate while the silver-haired girl silently steps out of a portal that appeared in-between her schoolmates. She sighs a little, and then addresses the group of students.

I will... protect you..

Obviously ticked, three more panther-like hollow branch off from the formation and attempt to attack the party!

[ThaiKunoichi]

Hanabi realizes her and her friends are surrounded by what seem to be large panther-like monsters. She glances to her side as one of them attempt to attack her. Hanabi closes her eyes and tries to block her face when she hears the sound of a gun. She uncovers her eyes to see Tama standing in front of the group like a silver-haired savior.

"Th-thank you Tama..." was all Hanabi could say as she looked at the monsters ready to attack. She cried out in pain and hunched over, her red streak ablaze with a bit of smoke coming from it. Hanabi's body was covered in flames from head to toe immediately. One of the monsters saw this as a moment of weakness as it sprinted towards her. At a split second, a large ball of fire erupted and knocked back a singed hollow.

Hanabi looked much different from before; her hair was long and the color of fire itself, she wore a black slick suit and she seemed a bit older. A stern look was on her face as she made sure the Hollow stayed down. She looked to the twins as if to signal them of their own danger as two more of the Hollows headed towards them.

[Hanamizu Kyuuya]

Kyuuya kept a fearful look throughout the entire event, until the sound of a gunshot snapped him back to reality. He saw the creatures surrounding him and his classmates and then saw Tama appear before them. His face went from that of fear to awe as he realized he was with a rather 'special' group of people. He simply stared, until Hanabi shouted to them. He wasn't sure what to do, but the last time it happened, he just held his necklace while remembering his mother. He did the same this time, and in a flash of light, his appearance changed, along with him having a pair of shields in each hand. He had on a pair of pitch-black shorts that ran just at the end of his knees, a pair of long boots, which gave only a few inches distance from the shorts, and a long-sleeved hooded jacket, that acted more as a cape. On his face, a blue fire burned just in front of his left eye.

"Thank you, Mother." he said, before moving in the middle of the pouncing Hollows. He turned around and lifted his hands up, causing the creatures to run into his shield. They grasped onto the shields, and attempted to strike Kyuuya with their claws. "Soujirou!" he called out to his brother, hoping to get some extra help.

[Hanamizu Soujirou]

Soujirou simply watched, keeping a close eye on his brother. He was surprised and scared at what was going on, but he wasn't going to let it interfere with protecting his brother. As the gunshot went off, he looked in the direction it was fired, to see Tama. When he closed his eyes and sighed in relief, he noticed she had appeared next to the group. The look that his brother had at that moment, however, was only Kyuuya's. Soujirou just simply watched, until Hanabi called out to them. He turned to see the creatures charging at him, and gripped his necklace harder. Before he knew it, he had changed in appearance like his brother, however, instead of shields, Soujirou had four swords sheathed on his back. Two of them, on his upper back, were wakizashi, while the other two, on his lower back, were tanto.

"Don't worry, Kyuuya, I won't let them hurt you!" He called out, before jumping into the air and drawing his swords. A small light appeared at the bottom of his feet before he kicked off, landing behind the two Hollows in the blink of an eye. He sheathed his swords as the Hollows writhed on the ground in pain from the attack. "I don't think I can kill them with this blade..." he said rather loudly to himself as he sheathed the swords, keeping an eye out for other attacks.

"Sento. There's one headed your way." he said as he looked behind him and noticed something move in that general direction.

[Sento]

Sento cursed silently as the Hollows appeared. As one leapt at Hanabi, Sento was ready to jump in the way but in a flash, Tama was there fighting also. When Soujirou called out to Sento, he spun around to face the hollow, crouched down, and in one fluid movement sent his fist flying throught the hollow's stomach, causing it to roar in pain and disintigrate. He then shouldered the back off his shoulder and unzipped it, pulling a katana out of it and looking for who needed help most. He then noticed Kyuuya getting pounded on and quickly leapt through the air, going at an unhuman speed until reaching the hollow and aiming a slash directly for its neck. "Die, Hollow!" He yelled while slashing.

Their ranks beginning to thin, the remaining Panther-Hollow charge forward simultaneously. Kyuuya and his brother Soujirou end up surrounded on all sides by five panther-hollow, three pounce at Sento simultaneously from different directions, and around ten run toward Tama and Hanabi.

Please be careful Hanabi...

Tama leaps backward into a portal she spawned behind her, and appears around 20 feet in the air with a grenade in her hand. She cooks the grenade for a small bit in her hand, and then hurls it toward the Grand Fisher, who casually swats it back with the appendage sticking out from his head. This cases Tama surprise, as the grenade explodes near her. When the smoke clears, Tama is nowhere to be seen.

Bwahahahahahah! Nothing in your PUNY arsenals can injure me, humans!

A voice calls out from behind Grand Fisher, while he boasts. causing him to turn around in surprise. It seems Tama had avoided the bulk of the shrapnel by diving into a portal as the grenade exploded, but didn't manage to come out uninjured, she leans heavily on her right leg, which has a large piece of shrapnel sticking out of it from just under the knee.

I messed up...

Grand Fisher, knowing Tama's threat level has significantly decreased, decides to deal with her by jumping in the air and swiping at her with his giant claw. A move that Tama is unable to avoid. The force from the blow sends Tama flying backward into a jungle-gym. While Tama is sent flying, Grand Fisher howls out in pain, as Tama had spiked his arm with a knife, and had also hurled a contact mine at him, which exploded, causing him severe pain. While the explosion is going, Tama struggles to her feet.

[ThaiKunoichi]

Hanabi nodded to Tama before she was back in action. She surrounded herself in a Fire Orb to knock back the charging Hollows. In a bit of an internal struggle, Hanabi tries to control her movements and think her actions through.

Once the Fire Orb made contact, Hanabi attempts to take on the surrounding Hollows. She kicks a Hollow in it's jaw repeatedly until it collapses. Hanabi gets attacked from the back and falls hard on her shoulder. She slowly gets up and flips into her Flame Wheel move, trying to keep the Hollow away. She looks to the others quickly checking their situations before attacking another set of Hollows. "Please make it everyone..."

[Hanamizu Kyuuya]

Kyuuya watched what was happening, keeping his guard up in case other Hollow attacked him. As he saw the larger Hollow attack and injure Tama, he panicked a little. "Tama-san!" he called out, as the Hollow sent her flying back into the jungle gym.

"I need to go help her!" he thought in his head, as he clenched is teeth, seeing the five Hollows surrounding them.

"Go on. I can handle these guys. I'm a lot faster now, if you hadn't noticed." his brother replied with a smirk. Kyuuya was confused at what happened, before realizing what it was. Apparently, they were now telepathic to each other.

"I won't make it in time, though, the shields are too heavy." he thought, as the Hollows began to close in.

"Just throw me over there." Soujirou responded as he drew his sword. Kyuuya looked at him like he was crazy, but decided to go with it. His brother wasn't the smartest, but after seeing what happened to the creatures earlier, he figured his twin ended up with the better instincts. Kyuuya nodded, as his brother jumped onto the shield. He flung his arm as Soujirou jumped off and landed next to Tama very shortly. At this time, the Hollows jumped at Kyuuya, causing him to retreat behind his shields, holding them off.

"Hurry up with whatever you're doing!" he called out, before he saw a flash of light and was next to Tama in an instant. "H-how'd you know that'd work...?" he thought, readying his shield in case the large hollow attacked him.

"I didn't." his brother's thoughts echoed in his mind. Kyuuya sighed after hearing this.

"Well, you won't have to worry about getting injured anymore." he said with a smirk as he held his shields in front of him.

[Hanamizu Soujirou]

Soujirou smirked as he landed next to the injured Tama. "Sorry, but these aren't made to protect." he said as he drew his wakizashi and prepared for an attack before being enveloped by a bright light. He was then instantly replaced with his brother.

As he appeared, he spun with his blades, cutting into the Hollows and causing them to fall down from the large amount of pain they were feeling. Soujirou himself, however, was also hit. He had many scratch marks on him from the Hollows trying to claw at him while they were hit. However, he felt better knowing that the pain the Hollows were feeling was at least ten times his own. He watched the hollows, and as they would begin to recover, he would slice at their necks, causing them to writhe in pain once more. "You know... somebody's gonna have to kill these things for me!" he called out, in what seemed like a rather annoyed voice even though he didn't mean it that way.

[Sento]

Sento narrowed his eyes as the 3 Hollows jumped at him from all directions, Sento observed his options for a moment before realizing what to do. He quickly crouched down and in a split second, flew up into the air, causing the Hollows to collide into one another (Cartoon moments ftw) before falling down face first, Swinging his Katana in a circular motion, and slicing the Hollows in that fluid motion. Once finished with the Hollows, he quickly spun his body up, landing on his feet as the dust around them blew away. He quickly spun around at hearing Soujirou's comment to see him being attacked by several Hollows. He quickly squatted down again and leapt forward, aiming his foot forward as to kick the side of one hollow, sending it flying into a few more that were attacking Soujirou.

Tama opens a portal behind her, and casually drops a grenade through it. The Hollow that Soujirou had been torturing end up exploding and disintegrating into nothingness after the grenade goes off. In her mind, she knows that she's pretty much become useless in this fight, given her injuries.

Shield of hallowed light.. please aid me.

The mop-up of the panther units goes well for the group of students, leaving Grand Fisher as the only enemy left in this skirmish. The elder beast calmly surveys his surroundings, and muses to himself that the weakest link is probably the boy in the red shirt. With a surprising swiftness and ferocity, Grand Fisher charges and swipes his claws at Sento as he was landing from his jump.

I should be... fine here... can you please.. assist the others?

Hanabi watches her friends as they showcase each of their abilities in action. She smiles a bit thinking how good it is that they aren't normal humans. A remaining Hollow is left, what she judges to be the leader. As he makes a bound for Sento, Hanabi sends a few fireballs his way to distract him.

He shifts his attention to Hanabi after a few seconds and charges at her.

"Ok...everyone...let's finish him off..." she said after a few breaths. She lunges towards Grand Fisher with a Dragon Fist & a yell and knocks him towards one of her friends.

"Someone! Take it from here!"
