Out for a late jog, Sieghart was on his routine work out. Keeping up his cardio was a major responsibility for Sieghart because so much of his battle style evolved close quarters high speed combat. It was a cool summer day and there was a slight breeze coming in from the northeast. It was a cool breeze that kept the blistering summer sun from being unbearable. It was just the kind of day that Sieghart enjoyed.
Starting to sprint Sieghart began to floor it using shunpo and really pushing himself to his limit, after burning out he slowed down to a walk and began breathing hard. Once he caught his breath he then walked to a shady tree and began to warm down, stretching his exerted muscles.

It was the late afternoon and Enjiiro could be found taking part in his usual workout. He had already went back to suppressed state, as his Squad members weren't giving him any kind of challenge whatsoever. This had caused him to become very agitated with his men, and he was making sure to take it all out on whomever his opponent was at the time.
Enjiiro caught the blade of one of his lower ranked Squad members with his right hand, and kicked backwards with his left leg, landing a kick dead-center in the other Squad member's chest; then, with the blunt side of his Zanpakutou in his left hand, struck his first opponent on his collarbone. This resulted in the first man's collarbone being broken, and the second man's breath being knocked out of him, as well as a couple of broken ribs. He let go of the first man's Zanpakutou, as his two opponents collapsed to the ground.
Enjiiro sheathed his sword and looked at the damage he had caused. After seeing what the result of the fight was he became even more pissed off at the pathetic sight that lay before him. He turned to look at the other Squad members, and much to his suprise, found them standing around looking at the spectacle that had just occured before them. This was the feather that broke the camel's back. Enjiiro took a deep breath, and with all his might yelled "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS TODAY?" This seemed to snap some of them out of whatever rut they were in, because most of them got right back to work, while others just stood in awe.
Enjiiro was about to continue his rant when he decided it'd probably be best if the men he had just fought didn't die today. He looked around to those that hadn't resumed sparring and said "get the two men behind me to the Squad 4 Barracks immediantly, and then come straight back and continue sparring." Enjiiro was about to look among his men for his next opponent when he saw Squad 1's Lieutenant, Sieghart Rayvnl, sitting under a shaded tree stretching.
Enjiiro thought to himself that he needed to teach his Squad members a lesson in working hard. In order to do that he told them to gather around and get ready to watch a real fight between men. His thinking was that if he fought with someone from another Squad while his guys were watching, and his opponent gave a good fight, that his guys would work harder and want to impress their Captain even more. Enjiiro used Shunpo to go over to where Sieg was sitting and explained to him the situation about how he wanted to teach his men about how to work harder. He also told him about his plan, and that it would be a good chance for him to get some sparring practice in as well. When he finished explaining he waited for a reply to his request.

Listening to Captain Enjiiro's idea, Sieghart couldn't help but feeling pumped. A chance to see what he could do against one of the strongest captains in the Seireitei if not the strongest. He was somewhat out of practice not having been in a real spar with a powerful opponent since the days when his captain had been training him to become his vice. "Ya sure, I'd love to fight you, should be a good fight despite the fact that I'm a little rusty. Things have been real quite in the Seireitei lately." Sieghart said standing, looking around at squad 11's motley crew of fight hungry soul reapers. Today however they looked exhausted and somewhat downtrodden. Sieghart wondered if this was also a result of the peaceful nature that had fallen over the Soul Society as of late. It seemed as most of the trouble had been showing up in the world of the living lately and the Vizards were on top of that for the most part. "Ya it looks like they could use a morale boost, thing have been quite a bore here lately. Hmmn.. well if your ready to start I'm all recovered from my run, just don't stomp on me to hard will ya, I actually like the way my face looks." Sieghart said, laughing as he moved to the sparring grounds.
Surprise colored the faces of the squad 11 barracks as they saw him take up a fighting position against their captain and prepared for the onslaught. Enjiiro was known to be a fierce fighter and from what Sieghart had seen, he had lived up to his reputation as the Red Tyrant. Raising his fists into a common defensive stance he focused in on Enjiiro, ready to dodge or counter if possible. "Lets give em' a show big guy." Sieghart smirked and let his battle instinct take over.

Enjiiro became excited when he heard a positive answer to his request. When he heard Sieg mention how the Seireitei had been quiet lately, and that Enjiiro's Squad members looked like they could use a morale boost, he nodded in agreement. At hearing Sieg tell Enjiiro not to stomp on him to much he laughed along with him and said "Don't worry Sieg. I won't kill you, if that's what you're worried about." When Sieg moved to the sparring grounds, Enjiiro followed.
Enjiiro took a southpaw fighting stance in response to Sieg's fighting stance. He would have noticed his men looking suprised if he hadn't already psyched himself for the sparring match. Sieg looked like he was ready to begin, so with that Enjiiro launched himself at his opponent, with a devious smile on his face, and yelled "YOU BETTER BE READY; DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DISAPPOINTING ME!" Enjiiro had directed a flying knee aimed for Sieg's throat. If it hit, it would crush his windpipe, but Enjiiro didn't even plan on the hit landing as it was a reckless first move meant to put pressure on his opponent instead of deal damage.

Watching as Captain Enjiiro slipped back into his south paw fighting stance, Sieghart's practiced eyes took in his weight distribution and the placement of feet in comparison with his shoulders. Sieghart considered Enjiiro's stance unusual considering so many people fought right handed, he found left hand fighters, or Southpaw fighters, to be routinely fast on their right side and strong on their left. Unfortunately for Sieghart if he let Enjiiro land a hit to find out wether or not this was true, there might not be anything left of Sieghart.
As Enjiiro leapt forward with a flying knee Sieghart could tell that the knee would break bones if it made contact and waited until the last moment and ducked letting the knee sail over him. Sieghart then rolled to the left onto his right foot and rotated following up with a left spinning kick aimed at Enjiiro's waist. "Woah, that one would have hurt." Sieghart said as his powerful kick sailed toward Enjiiro.

When Enjiiro got a couple of inches away from his target he noticed it move away from him to the left. He saw a spinning kick out of the corner of his eye, and countered by blocking with his left forearm. He then brought up his right arm and hooked it underneath Sieg's ankle. Enjiiro pivoted on his left leg, bringing his right around, stepping into his opponent; making it so he was facing Sieg again. He took it a step further and threw his right shoulder in Sieg's direction while torquing down on his leg. This would cause Sieg's leg to twist over and, due to leverage, would cause Sieg to go face first into the ground.
Enjiiro then followed up by diving on top of him, making it a full on wrestling match. Once on top of Sieg, Enjiiro used his right hand to push Sieg's head down to keep it on the ground, while using his left to wind back and try to deliver a flurry of punches to his opponent. All the while he was allowing his full weight to press down on Sieg to try and keep him pinned to the ground.

Sieghart collapsed to the ground and felt Enjiiro's body weight fall on top of him. Curling up on himself he blocked Enjiiro's punches with his forearms. "Damn that hurts!," Sieghart yelled as he was being assaulted. When Enjiiro drew back for another punch Sieghart rolled his hips to the right and brought his right forearm up to Enjiiro's right wrist knocking his hand off Sieghart's head. He then followed by continuing to roll to the right and punched Enjiiro in between the 4th and 5th rib with his left hand. When it made contact Sieghart yelled, "Sho," and the demon art added the extra force to cause Enjiiro to sail off him. Sieghart then rolled up onto his hands and pushed himself back up to his feet. "Dang man, your not messing around are you." Sieghart said dusting off the dirt from the back of his hair as Enjiiro stood.

Enjiiro was trying to land as many hits as possible on Sieg before he regained composure. When he drew back for another punch, Sieg managed to knock his right arm off of his head and followed up with a punch to the ribs; which was reinforced by a Kido. This sent Enjiiro flying off of him and landing on his side a few feet away.
As Enjiiro got up off the ground he laughed and said "Now this is what I'm talking about!" At hearing Sieg say something about Enjiiro not messing around he replied "Darn right, I gotta teach these guys how it's done!" With that, Enjiiro charged again, this time using Shunpo to get beside him (on his left side) and attempting to throw him into a headlock. If this move landed they would be back on the ground again with Enjiiro on top, setting up a perfect opportunity for a choke hold called an arm triangle.

As Enjiiro used shunpo to get beside Sieghart, he followed his path easily. Although Enjiiro was a captain his speciality wasn't exactly speed, although in his case Enjiiro didn't really need speed, he was an unstoppable force of muscle. This fact caused Sieghart to watch Enjiiro very carefully and when he tried to put Sieghart in a choke hold he had to act fast. He raised his right forearm up in front of his neck so that Enjiiro would wrap around it instead of his neck. Once Sieghart felt resistance as Enjiiro began to squeeze down Sieghart brought his right elbow up hard forcing the hold to slide off his arm and close a few inches above his head. Then Sieghart flipped backwards landing on his hands and yelled, "Sho," emitting the kido from his hands. The force propelled Sieghart into the air a few feet above Enjiiro and Sieghart flipped over in the air following down with an axe kick aimed at Enjiiro's head. If it hit, it would cause a slight skull fracture and force Enjiiro's face to hit the ground.

Enjiiro felt Sieg slide out from under his attempted headlock by using his right arm to block it. He then saw Sieg jump into a back handspring and used a Kido to launch himself into the air. Enjiiro looked up and saw Sieg coming down into an axe kick aimed for his head. He reacted by going down on his right knee to brace himself for the impact, and brought his right arm horizontally up in front of his face. The move hit Enjiiro, but was blocked by his forearm, causing it to be fractured. Enjiiro took the blow and then used his left hand to grab a hold of Sieg's ankle and attempt to sling him into the ground.

Feeling his foot make contact with Enjiiro's forearm and hearing the muffled crack, Sieghart knew he had delivered a successful hit, unfortunately it wasn't were he intended and it allowed Enjiiro to grab onto his ankle and sling him to the ground. Sieghart went skidding across the dirt of the training ground scratching up his arm and shoulder. He then rolled back onto his hurt shoulder and sprung back up to his feet, preparing for Enjiiro's next brutal charge.
Unfortunately Enjiiro was already closer than Sieghart had been expecting. It was like he had increased in speed, and somehow Sieghart felt more oppressed. It was becoming increasingly harder for Sieghart to stay ahead of Enjiiro the long the battle progressed. As Enjiiro drew back for his attack Sieghart raised his arms in a defense.

Enjiiro managed to keep a firm enough grip on Sieg's ankle, which allowed him to sling Sieg to the ground. In Enjiiro's opinion, a fractured forearm was a small price to pay for the result. Once he saw Sieg sliding across the ground, Enjiiro didn't hesitate to stay on him and keep the pressure on. By the time Sieg had regained composure and was back on his feet, Enjiiro was in his face again with another attack coming toward him.
Enjiiro drew back to launch another attack and saw Sieg put his arms up in order to defend himself. Enjiiro took this opportunity to use Shunpo to get behind him and attempt to kick the side of his left leg. This would be done with Enjiiro's left leg and would result in a broken left knee if the move landed as planned.

With his arms raised Sieghart saw Enjiiro shunpo to his left side and attempt to kick his left knee. The force behind the attack would surely shatter his knee and if it hit the fight would be undoubtably over for Sieghart. Using all his speed he jumped over Enjiiro's kick just in time, letting it sail under him and then turned and yelled "Sho," once more using the force to propel him away from Enjiiro and landing on his feet facing him once again.

Enjiiro reacted to Sieg jumping over his kick and using yet another Kido to put distance between them by using Shunpo to keep up with him, and trying to fire off another attack. By this point, Enjiiro sensed that he had him on the ropes, and could smell blood as they say. Enjiiro stayed with him and continued his all out assault on Sieg by throwing a series of right jabs, followed by a nasty left hook. The jabs were quick, but not very strong, so as to lure him into lowering his gaurd; however the left hook was aimed at his jaw, and had alot of force put into it. If this combo landed, it would break his jaw on impact.

As Sieghart landed he raised his arms and began blocking Enjiiro's flurry of right jabs. "Damn, you never let up!," Sieghart yelled just in time to wish he hadn't. As soon as the words left his mouth a hard left hook hit his jaw, Sieghart did the only thing he could he turned his head and let the punch meet as little resistance as possible so to minimize the damage. The hook slid off his jaw breaking it but not nearly as bad as it could have been, yet despite Sieghart's evasive action it still sent him sprawling and spinning through the air landing a few feet away.
The battle had taken an unexpected turn and now Sieghart was in danger of being seriously injured. His jaw was now broken and he was having trouble seeing out of his left eye do to a large gash that had opened up over his left brow from a jagged rock. Sieghart knew he had to act fast before Enjiiro crushed him into the ground. Rolling over onto his back Sieghart pointed with his right hand and yelled, "Byakurai!" sending a powerful lighting bolt up towards Enjiiro. This attack gave Sieghart the time he needed to shunpo a few feet further away and cast a quick Horin. However due to the fact that Sieghart hadn't had enough time to say the full incantation the binding wouldn't hold Enjiiro very long if it hit, so Sieghart didn't stop. Using his advance speed Sieghart followed the Kido with another shunpo to get behind Enjiiro to his left side. Once again shouting "Byakurai," and firing the lighting towards Enjiiro's left shoulder in hopes that with him being distracted by the first two kido, his third one would find its mark and cause Enjiiro's main arm to unusable.
