Seireitei Seireitei (court of pure souls) is in the center of Soul Society, a circular shiro with four main entrances, each guarded by a Gate Guardian. The walls are made of deathstone, a material known to sap all spiritual and psychic energy when one portion is faced in a particular direction. The deathstone also forms a spherical barrier around the city, preventing anyone from entering anywhere other than the four gates. This is where most Shinigami and nobles reside. Fukumen no Goten (Masked Palace) This is where the Vizard and new-aged Shinigami live. There are different districts in the area, arranged in ascending order by the number of spirits living in an area; the more spirits, the more dangerous the area. The only way to access this dimension is if you are a Vizard, which must open a Senkaimon by using both your Shinigami and Hollow powers. The Vice Captain Shinigami of this dimension have a device on their Vice Captain Patch that allows them to open a Senkaimon to the realm, but its activity is monitored by Squads 1, 3 and 6. If either Suad suspects treachery, they'll contact Squad 6 and have it deactivated, trapping you in whatever realm you are in at the time, until an escort arrives to apprehend you |

Idai Shichi (Great Seven) This is the Masked Seven which include Squads 1-7 of Masked Society. In Masked Society, things are done a little differently. The only way to become a Captain of a Squad is SOLELY if you are a Vizard, and no other way. If you're not a Vizard, you can be a Vice Captain or lower - but to govern a division, you must have access to a Vizard Mask and Hollow Powers. |

Kyōgoku The Kyōgoku (Valley of Screams) is a dimension that forms in between the Human World and the Soul Society, stemmed from the Dangai Precipice World. It can only be accessed from the Human World. Blanks resided in this place, separated from their memories until they come in contact with the Shinenju. It is a regular occurrence that happens naturally due to souls getting lost trying to get to Soul Society. The Dark Ones claimed this to be their homeland until they would invade the Soul Society. |
